VIA ROUTE 25: travel north on rt. 25 until you reach the Main Street flagpole. Carefully turn left around the flagpole onto West Street. The meeting house will be on your left around the flagpole on Main Street, and then turn onto West Street. The Congregational Church is located a short distance beyond the Meeting House.
VIA I 84 exit 9: turn right at bottom of ramp onto route 25. At light, turn left onto route 25. Travel route 25, turn right at the flagpole onto West Street. The church is a short distance beyond the Meeting House. 1st and 3rd Fridays at 8:30 pm ETThis is a new bi-monthly class series,beginning in April 210, held via teleconference. Classes will last 60-90 minutes. It is not necessary to participate in every class to receive value from a specific one. However, the full set is recommended for the most complete understanding and healing effectiveness. Recordings will be available for those who can't attend one or more classes and wish to catch up on what they've missed (see below). Through these classes participants can expect to learn: - Principles of holistic wellness and healing (including personalized nutrition and exercise advice, some of which may surprise you)
- The language of the body and dis-ease
- How to uncover - and heal - the root cause(s) of your symptom or issue
- Simple, direct means to communicate with your body and consciousness at the deepest levels
- Why we get drained by our life experiences and how to not only stop the leaks but even reverse the flow of energy, so that daily life and interactions make you feel better and better.
- How to relax, deeply and completely, in a minute or less
- Why the heart has been called the natural ruler of your being and why Ellen's slogan is "To love is all you need."
- How to make healing use of your breath, awareness, chakras, meridians, movement, emotions and thoughts
- Ways to enlist the wisdom of your body, the power of your heart and the guidance of your soul to produce fast, effective, permanent healing
- The basis (concepts and skills) of such healing modalities as Quantum Touch, Healing Codes, Reconnective Healing, Theta Healing, Matrix Energetics, Meridian Tapping, ETHOS, TAT, acupressure and more
- The real spiritual meaning of the healing process and how to move through it more quickly and easily, in the process releasing shame, blame, guilt, grief, anger and fear
Every class will be recorded. All those who register will receive the recording so, even if you were not able to be present, you will still receive the value of the class. Each class recording will also be available, for a slightly higher fee, after that class has taken place. It is also possible to purchase a set of 12 recordings for a reduced fee.
